Main Menu:

For account information, or to re-order checks, you'll be directed to press [1]
To transfer funds or make your loan payments, press [2]
For merchant verification, press [3]
For rate information, press [4]
For credit card information or payments, press [5]
To find out the status of a pending loan application, press [6]

Once you're in the system, you can choose from among eight items on the Main Menu. All but two of the Main Menu items have a sub-menu that offers you access to specific transactions. Simply listen to the system's voice prompts and follow the instructions. You can access rate information even if you don't have a PIN number, so give it a try. You'll find the system easy to use.

CallPlus Sub-Menus:

Checking, Savings, Line of Credit, or Money Market Account Information: [1][1][1] + Account number + Access code

After your balance information, you will hear the following menu:

For the last 10 checks, press [1]
For the last 5 deposits or credits, press [2]
For the last 5 withdrawals, press [3]
For the status of a specific check, press [4]
For line of credit information, press [5]
Current or prior your interest information, press [6]
To re-order checks, press [7]
To return the main menu, press [9]
To repeat these options, press [*]

Installment Loan Information:
[1][1][2] + Account Number + Access code

For payment information, press [1]
For payoff information, press [2]
For interest information, press [3]
For other account information, press [4]
To repeat these options, press [9]
To start over, press [*]

CD or IRA Information:
[1][1][3] + Account number + Access code
To access another CD or IRA, press [1]

Home Mortgage Information:
[1][1][4] + Mortgage loan number + Access code

Loan Application Status:
[1][6] + Social Security number + Application number

Transfer Between Savings and Checking Accounts:
[1][2][1] + Dollar amount number + From account number + To account number + Access Code

Transfer From Savings or Checking to Pay Line of Credit [1][2][2] + Dollar amount number + From account number + LOC account number + Access code

Line of Credit Advance to Checking or Savings Account
[1][2][3] + Dollar amount number + LOC account number + To account number + Acces code

Installment Loan Payment:
[1][2][4] + Dollar amount number + from account number + To account number + Access code for FROM account.

Credit Card Information or Payment [1][5] + Credit card number + Access code

After your balance and payment information, you will hear the following menu:

To make a payment, press [1]
Then enter dollar amount number + From account number + Access code for FROM account.
For information on another credit card, press [2]
To speak to a Member Service Representative, press [0]
To return to the main menu, press [9]
To repeat this menu, press [*]

Note:
On all check re-order, transfer or payment transactions, after you enter all the information the system will ask you to hold, repeat the transaction, and ask you to enter:
[1] To process the transaction.
[2] To cancel the transaction.

If you enter nothing, the transaction will not be processed.
Transactions entered after 8:45 p.m. C.T. will be for the next day's business.
