Hurricane Season 2021
The Gulf Coast hurricane season runs June through November with August, September, and October being the highest probability for landfall. The 2020 hurricane season caused $60-$65 billion in damage to property. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is predicting 13-20 named storms with 3-5 of those being considered “major.” Major storms are defined as having winds that exceed 111 MPH.
