Mr. Damiani has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is a Registered Securities Representative, Registered Securities Principal, an Investment Advisory Representative, and Life Insurance Agent.

Over the years he has worked in the industry in many different capacities but his passion is helping clients develop and clarify their financial goals; then helping them to implement and monitor the plans necessary to achieve those goals. Mr. Damiani is inherently conservative in his approach to investing and always strives to distil complex financial concepts down to plain English. This has allowed him to build lifelong relationships with his clients.

Mr. Damiani has five children, one of whom is attending Texas A&M University and another who is attending the University of Houston. Mr. Damiani is an avid boater and when he’s not in his office helping clients or at a sporting event at one of his two favorite Universities, you’ll find him relaxing on his boat at Lake Travis.

Mr. Finneman has been in the financial services industry since 2003 and he is a graduate of Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah. His previous retail advisory firms include E*TRADE, TD Ameritrade and Scottrade as Branch Manager. Mr. Finneman is a Registered Representative, Investment Adviser Representative, and a Life Insurance Agent. Mr. Finneman’s experience and knowledge allows him to assist clients with comprehensive financial solutions. Working with clients directly, Randy prides himself in building lasting client relationships based upon exceptional service and client education. He creates customized financial and retirement plans for individuals and families that address their specific needs, wants and goals.

Mr. Finneman is married with 4 children and 3 grandchildren. In his spare time, Mr. Finneman enjoys traveling with family, mountain biking, golfing and spending time with his family.

Ms. Mejia joined Security Service Federal Credit Union in 2007 as a Member Service Representative and later transferred to the Account Services Department where she was an Account Analyst that dealt directly with Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs). She now assists the Senior Vice President with developing and implementing Security Service Investment Group’s strategy for long-term growth and operational excellence. She is responsible for maximizing efficiency of processes, project management, generating department and program performance reports, along with leading the team of administrative and sales assistants. Her goal is to employ solutions for the department to serve our members effectively and efficiently. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and Sunday BBQs.
